Overhaul means full rebuild or ?? Tranny is smooth and doesn't slip? Any rust? Looks like she would clean up nice...

overhaul as in bought a used engine (one with 80k) and put it in place of this one. Tranny does not slip, There is one spot of rust underneath the drivers door, but thats it.
