I have to recomend, Sam's Sandwich at the Shawarma Station in Kensington.
Falafel, Humus, and egg plant goodness.

sounds good - my friend ali akilli at the black sea turkish restaurant in st paul MN used to make a veggie sandwich with those same ingredients.
do they stuff or wrap the pita?
what else is on there besides eggplant, falafel, and humus? or is that it?
They wrapped in a pita and then grilled it. The other ingredients are up to you. I had olives, onions, lettuce, etc. There were also some sauces, but I don't know exactly what they were.

The food is good, I agree. Be careful of one thing, the guy always adds costs at the till. Ive been there alot of times and its rarely the same price considering I always get the samething. The other thing he insists you try a baklawa or a cup of tea he makes it sound like hes giving you a free sample, but trust me you are gonna pay for it.
