Ok, well I have contacted a vendor about the possibility of a group buy on the Philips HID kit.

This vendor is out of Ontario so we don't have to deal with duties, just shipping and tax. I'm waiting to get a reply on the minimum amount of buyers and the discount we would receive from their list price.

CURRENT LIST PRICE: I hope to knock at least $100 off this price.
5000K Kit is $561.75USD+shipping(includes tax)
6000K Kit is $640.93USD+shipping(includes tax)

www.xenondepot.com

I am specifically talking about the Philips Kit, I know there are others out there but I am not interested in them. If you can find a website with a better deal on the Philips kit, let me know.

Thanks

How much are the usual group-buy's in the states?

I have no clue! But all I know is, the more buyers, the better the deal!

A brighter light
5000K will do but if you want even brighter, go with the 6000K

Ok, please tell me where to get the 6000K for $750

And that is NOT the group buy price. That is the list price that I am hoping to get knocked down. I've been to Tunerworks and have asked. The Philips HID kit will cost $900

There are a few HID kits out there but I am specifically referring to the Philips kit so unless you guys can find me the Philips kit for cheap, you don't know what your talking about!

You guys are telling me that I am getting ripped off but yet you guys are comparing different brands. I'm not too familiar with HIDs but I am specifically referring to the Philips kit and not any others that are out there.

So come on, go find me a Philips HID kit for $750, I bet you can't! So there!

Ok, I just did some research and there are like a million HID kits out there with prices varying by a few hundred bucks so I am confused and don't know whats good so I am just gonna go to bed.:nut: :nut: :nut:

Hella, Philips and McCullochs HID are the only kits that seem safe to buy

i've only heard of people using McCullochs and philips so don't know about the other brands.

REAL hid light blubs cost a great deal of money. but anyone that is willing to put the money down for these know what they are getting. ricer blubs just doesn't cut it....... having siad that i'm still deciding. hehe.

a canadian supplier would be nice. shipping and customs charges is a bitch.
