To the BMW Fcker who tried to hit me in Evergreen

Not only true to the typical BMW douche attitude, this spoiled pompous ass in a Wine Colored 335 coupe decided to not only tried to hit me whilst running with my Labrador in the Evergreen estates, but thinks it was funny to slam on his brakes, then tries to squealing his tires and while Honking, barely missing my Dog's head by inches. (of where my dog is only a foot ahead of me)
This twenty year old faggot in his flat brim cap and wife beater, is quite the multitasker as he flips me the bird with a notorious grin on his face.

My dog was on a leash
I was wearing a reflective running jacket and was fully visible.
No pictures, as I don't have extra flesh pockets to carry my DSLR

My reaction?
I grabbed a rock and threw it at his quarter panel and was ready for him to stop so I could break his face.
He does stop.
I throw up my hands with gestures and start running at his car. But rather than being a "Man" and backup his actions, the punk ass just drives off

No matter how big a douche someone is, they generally don't go looking for pedestrians to hit with their cars. In fact, I don't even see this being a plausible scenario unless one of the following occurred:

1. Douche was not paying attention and almost hit pedestrian at a crosswalk/sidewalk. (But then why the horn?)
2. OP decided to run across the road without looking for cars (jaywalking), and the vehicle had to make an emergency stop to keep from hitting him. (Explains the horn, and OP's reaction to that explains the flipping of the bird.)
