Spray on/foaming rim cleaner that works?

I have 17 spoke rims so they are a pain in the ass to take a towel to and wipe em down. Anybody know of a rim cleaner that dissolves the oil/dirt build up and then rinses off? It won't come off in the car wash with regular high pressure water and soap but I can wipe it with my finger pretty easily. :(:dunno:

EagleOne All Wheel and Tire Cleaner works for me. But you still need to use a brush if it's really dirty.

P21S gel. Pricey, but it works. You still need to scrub.

I would suggest a good pre-soak with the P21S, rinse, then use a Mother's Powerball Mini and soapy water to finish the job.
