FS: 19" Volk SF-Winnings with tire

Selling for a friend.

Selling a set of custom ordered 19" Volk SF-Winnings in matt black finish with tires.
The color is a custom color from Rays that costs $50 more per wheel.

Because it was a custom order, it took him over 6 month to receive them.
He finally received them 2 weeks ago but he wanted to go with a different set.
So tires and wheels are both 2 weeks old.

He bought the wheels for $4000
and the tires for $1600

He wants the wheels and tires both gone for $3800
He needs them gone as soon as possible

The cheapest on the internet I have seen these wheels are $3800 brand new for just the wheels before tax and shipping.
