I'm having a hard time deciding on which vehicle I should consider purchasing, I'm not a millionaire so these choices are based on economy not luxury. I do however need a car that looks good and is somewhat reliable. I realize the choices are someone off-the-wall, but it's my top four nonetheless.

So, which one would you choose?

6, for sure.

The Cirrus is a horrible, horrible car. Almost no good points to it.

The Grand Prix (I owned one) offers great accelleration if it's the GTP. Otherwise, nothing really special.

The Sebring's of past have been of questionable quality, with horrible resale. Doubt much has changed.

The 6 is the most modern of the bunch I think. It offers a nice interior, and decent performance. I've heard they are somewhat questionable on reliability, but I suspect you'll still be doing better than any of the other cars in that department...

Mazda 6. I've driven one, and for the money, they are chuffing good cars. They aren't Ferrari's by any measure, but they handle well, pull well from the corners, feel well planted and have very nice ride quality.

(plus they're mostly Japanese  )

Even with the mis-spell I'd say the 6. That said, if you are picking based on economy there are better choices out there. You say you want economy, then pick cars that are well, not exactly fuel efficient. The 6 will likely do the best out of all of them when it comes to paying at the pump anyways.

fuel mileage on the 6 isn't THAT bad, not the best but definitely not the worst

i can drive from somerset to my gf's house which is 30 minutes west of edmonton on a half tank of gas, going 120-130

Talk about a bunch of mediocre cars. I voted Sebring as it will probably be the most reliable. The Mazda 6 is probably the most desireable but will probably be the least reliable of the four cars.

Out of that bunch the 6 would probably take the least depreciation hit as well.
