I just got this board back on a warranty. It might as well be new in the package, but they never send back ASUS boxed product, just in a white box. Would be perfect for someone building up a new PC or wanting to upgrade for cheap.
The VM Version means that it has on-board video, for those who don't care to get an aftermarket video card. You can still throw in a video card if you want.
It is a mATX (micro ATX board) So it works well with home theatre box set-ups, etc, although will still fit in a bigger ATX sized case.
This board will take pretty much any Intel socket 775 chip you can throw at it.
