That sucks man. I have a 2 year old Mini Eskie, and it's gotta be a tough call, even though it's the responsible one.

I'm not looking for another dog, but if the time comes where you just need someone responsible to take care of your dog, and is familiar with eskies. let me know, I could be persuaded for the dog's sake.

It was so hard for me to decide to let him go. But, as you said, it would be the more responsible decision for him and myself.

I appreciate your offer to take care of my dog when it is needed. I will keep that in mind, thank you.

=\ i have a mini eskie of my own. It sucks to see you having to get rid of him. These dogs are adorable and they're awesome to have around the house. I hope u find a really great home for him. Or maybe get someone to look after him while you're at work till he's around a year old? But i guess 11 hours between bathroom breaks would be kinda bad no matter what age.

alright guys, i've had this thread up for quite awhile.

still no real takers, i still DO need him out of the house.

If i cannot get rid of him in the next week or 2, he'll have to go somewhere unpleasant.

So im going to ask 500 for the last time in hope someone with a good home will take him.

Have you tried posting the ad on kijiji or usedcalgary? I would love to take your puppy, but right now I don't have time for a dog.... I'll ask around for you.

Your competing with people on sites like Kijiji that are giving away puppies for free. If you actually care where the dog goes, stop trying to re coup cash from him and just be happy someone takes him. I can guarentee you a lot of dog lovers would take this guy and give him a second chance if there wasnt a $500 tag attached (enough to get a new born purebred pup).

If he's going someplace unpleasent in 2 weeks, where you'll get no cash, why not just let a dog lover take the poor guy?

I will adopt this dog from you, if you end up giving him away.

He will go to a great home with another dog of similar size
