I've found this picture online and I'm trying to figure out what they made this out of. Does anyone have any clue how I can make a Lego man head like this? Or even the hands like that?

Hands could be made out of blocks of styrofoam or fibreglassed....

Head, same thing perhaps...

Ya I saw that site. I don't know how he made the styrafoam so smooth. I tried that, and styrafoam does not go very smooth. I'm trying an empty water jug for the head.... i'm thinking its going to work pretty good.

it looks liek they used Styrofoam and wrapped it in yellow vinyl.

Heat up a wire and melt through it, or somehow connect a wire like a resistor to a power source and it'll melt through it.

modify a lamp shade for the head maybe? It would make it fairly breathable and somewhat see through.
