Service Advisor-Service Technician-Service Representative
Due to our expansion, we are currently seeking two Service Advisors to join our team.
As the central point for Mr. Lube, you will be the driving belt between our customer’s and our company.
Your day to day will consist of:
-Greeting customers as they arrive to the shop
-Understand customer’s needs and communicate them effectively to the auto/tire techs.
-Explain the nature of the repairs and costs to the customer.
-Engage customers in current store promotions
-Suggesting preventative measures
-Management of the shop team
Do you have what we are looking for?
-General Mechanical Knowledge
-Strong skills in customer service
-Team spirit
-Sense of priority and organization skills
-Ability to deal with pressure tastefully
-Computer knowledge
-Good learning adaptation
-Valid Driver’s License
