I've tried searching around here and google but can't seem to find a large search engine like the Japanese Auction type sites or even canadatrader.

I have a few cars in mind that I would consider importing but not right away, so all you importers please, I don't waste your time unless you're willing to be dragged through rigorous searching for 6 months.

Anyways, for the guys that know of or have imported cars from the states, how exactly did you find them?

I don't have direct access to dealer/wholesale auctions or anything, but I watch ebay pretty closely. What kind of cars are you looking at?

And if you do find a car, and you need to relocate it somewhere, let me know, I know a really good flat bed towing company. www.emergencyhookers.com

another good site is
http://autos.yahoo.com
It runs off of the cars.com listings but it is alot easier to search and narrow down a specific vehicle.
There is also the google vehicle finder that mainly runs off of craigslist which works well also.

I have access to the 2 largest dealer auctions in North America if you are interested in myself taking a look for something specific.

Might need to incorporate a company to gain access to some of them, but here is a list of the auctions in the United States:

By state:

squidoo.com/carauctionsdirectory
