Anyone know what the power rating of the 12V cigarette lighter plug-in/power outlet on a 1995 Chevrolet Corsica is? Thanks

Pretty sure its 20-25 amps, if I remember right. Check the fuse, and that'll tell you right away. Its located under the dash, to the left kick-panel, just up under the dash.
But on my moms old one, it was 25 I remember.

Nah, hes just jealous that the Corsica has exactly twice the cylinders of his car.

I currently drive a domestic, but it has more to do with the fact that the Corsica is a dreadful car. It feels like it's going to fall apart around you whenever you're in it.

And I was going to say something about how it has twice the cylinders but doesn't have twice the power, but then I realized that isn't true. So I will laugh at GM's pathetic attempt to make a V6 instead.

The late 80's Corsicas had a 3.1L V6 that produced 130 horsepower.

if i have learnt anything whilst working there, it is that general motors 3.1L v6 series is absolutley shit.
im talking like d15 honda shit.

they were way more sucessful in the 350CID series
