over 45minutes but under 5, is not even worth going to bed....so they say. Different people vary, but u know sometimes u wak eup from like an hour or so nap, and feel like shit. but what do they know, i do it all the time

anything over 5 i think is ok...

i find 7-8 area just prime, 8 is best for me

I feel the best usually with 9 hours.. sometimes I'd be able to get only 2-3 hours of sleep before work, and I get like about 4 hours of jolt while i'm at work and then it's all downhill from there afterwards.

I slept for 13 hours one time and I woke up feeling like I just got ran over by a bus or somethin.. felt like shit.

it depends when you get the slee too...like if you go to bed at 10 and wake up at 8 you get 10 hours and you are WAAY more rested than going to bed at 4am and waking up at 2pm! Something about earlier in the night sleep... someone please elaborate on this

Only if you sleep in a room with windows. Sunlight causes the body to release melatonin which "wakes up" the body, and as a result your sleep in daylight is not as good as sleep in the dark.

Thats my guess =)
