Hey,
I have a wicked bench and weights. It was purchased from fitness depot like a year or two ago it is their name brand basic bench with an arm cur pad... it was like $320 new... very basic but thick wide based and extremely stable. I also purchased an olympic bar (universal) that was like $80-$100 and about 170 lbs of olympic weight.

It's hardly used... i bought this and then started to go to the gym... I didn't really have room for it... so in my basement it sits, very,very lonely. You know I used it maybe 15 times. Just for bench press and arm curl... you can move it to do incline/decline. If you go to fitness depot or any store for that matter, you can buy all kinds of attachments for this brand. I think its northernlights... pretty sure actually.
