i saw that happen in calgary at country hills blvd. it was a couple years ago I believe. This guy in a truck pulled over for some odd reason and got out of his truck (this was at the intersection where studio 16 is) his truck started to roll down the hill and as he was chasing it, jumped into the back and couldn't really do much after that LOL.


I didn't see the rest of it cause it was a green so I had to go. I vaguely remember the police being there but I am not sure.
