most of the Japanese restaurant have the sukiyaki hot pot.

Sakana in Chinatown, Miki on 16 Ave NW, or you could even make it at home by buying the Japanese Broth from T&T

There was sukiyaki house that use to be on 10th? Across from the Whiskey but they closed as they tore that building down. I don't know if they re-opened here yet. It is the same as the place in Banff. It was good, and yes all you could eat.

Right beside Rush on 9th Ave. Went there last night. They don't have Sukiyaki yet (another 2 weeks I was told). Sushi was fucking amazing, possible the new "best in town" sushi for me. Spicy Tuna roll was probably the best I've ever had (even compared to Vancouver).

Their official grand opening is in another month or so, that's why they haven't really advertised or anything yet. It's owned by the people that worked for the old Sukiyaki House, so different owner, but same crew. It's 1000000x more upscale than the old place. They made it that much better.

I'll write a full review when I get a chance. You guys definately should give the sushi there a try.
