How do I change regular images to 300 DPI?
Even if I make the image big, the resolution is still pretty low.

you won't be able to. Unless you have the original picture that was made/shot in high resolution, you're stuck.

Are you trying to print something? DPI only matters when printing.

If you're just trying to bump up resolution, your results will most likely be unsatisfactory as you cannot create image data out of nothing.

The only time you'll be able to enlarge anything without loss of quality is if it's a vector drawing.

No bitmap type image can not be expanded like that.
