I doubt anyone on here wants house but if you know anyone who does I'm trying to sell mine. It's located in edgemont(nw), 1700sq feet bi-level, hardwood floors,vaulted ceilings, skylights, 2 and half bath,double attached garage etc...the house is 20 years old. Will post pics when I get my camera. Asking price of only 235,000

Wow, I wonder if this will work, I was wondering if I should try my house. But we'll see.

How big of a house does your dad want? how many bedrooms and stuff. It'll help 2.2vtec more if you got a specific house in mind.

that's just a shot when you first walk in the house. To the left is a door to go to the backyard and the kitchen. To the right is a living room and as you can see the stairs going down goes to the other living room and that is where the door is to go to the basement as well. Sorry but this is the only interior shot I have.

The good thing about assumables are, anyone can assume a mortgage!! haha

Just take over the monthly payments of the house and give the home owner down payment whatever that amount maybe. It's just paper work:D

It's hard to believe it's easier to buy a house than an M3 but then they are different types of assets.
