no, it wouldn't work on a civic because of lag, this system works properly on higher displacement vehicles to minimize the lag...

and calm down, don't get your panties in a bunch if not alot of people respond with a "WOW, thats insane!!!!" cause we've seen it all before... STS is nothing new... if you did a proper search for 'STS turbo', you'd see that this was discussed here as early as 2004...
