Opma 317 Midterm

I was just wondering if its worth it to read the textbook for the Opma 317 midterm or if the powerpoint lecture notes will suffice.

I'm in Maria Stoletova's class.

Same class. It's up to you to decide what will "suffice". So far I've read all of the chapters and made 6 pages of notes on them. All that's left to do is go over those slides twice or so and do all the problems. Then again, I have the MKTG 317 midterm on Wednesday, so almost all of my effort is focused there. Which lecture you in?

I took that course last yr in the winter semester with Maria as well. I would not even bother opening the textbook up. The majority of the class didn't even buy the book.... but i think the book we used last semester was the last semester they were using that book, so i think you are using a new textbook this semester.

From what I had, it was all out of the slides, know how to do crashing, etc.... also buy a past exam booklet, i think its 10 dollars.

Thanks, i'll probably just read the textbook once since I've already read a couple chapters and then focus on the powerpoints and such.

its probably the same exam im writing and as far as snider i've heard just get good on the slides and your good to go.

Are you guys kidding me? That was by far the easiest test you will ever write in Haskayne. All I gotta say is good luck in Finance and Marketing 317 as those do an excellent job at filtering.

Anyone know whats on it? I mean the MC I assume is just theory...and the written is probably a Critical Path Diagram + The EOQ Calculations?

Snider didnt let us keep our exams after, at least when I took it anyways.
