how do u pronounce "thoroughly"?

over in Singapore, we pronounce it as "tar-rer-ly"
heard one of the people from calgary pronouncing it as "truly"

so which pronounciation is correct?

another word that is different from the ways we pronounce is "flour"

we pronounce as "fl-ar" (as in the way we say "far" only with the "l" word pronounced"

but i guess you guys pronounced it in a way as you would say "flower"

British versus American pronounciations. Both are correct (thur or tar...not tru).
