He probably has JDM headlights if he's looking for h4h. The prongs are the same but the base that holds the bulb in place are different (h4h base is smaller than the h4)

do the civics have h4 or 9003? im confused the sites i look at are telling me 9003

you can check out VVME, I ordered from them on a monday and had them by that thursday. shipping is around $25. they let you choose the bulb and the color. H4H isnt listed but they have the H4's
