Im also looking for shorts like these for a halloween costume... i checked American Apparel in Market Mall last week and they didn't have any in a yellow color so i tried some girls ones :P haha but they were just way to tight.

American Apparel is all made to be tight lol.
Try Value Village or a thriftstore if its just for a costume.
And if all else fails it should be to hard to sew some of your own.
