Anyone watch last nights house? Is the lesbian doctor sick and dieing? This is the first one I watched this year. I know she said it but was it because she wanted to "connect" with her "lover".

She's got Parkinsons. There was a bit of a storyline where she knew she -may- have it but didn't want to find out. House stole her blood and got it tested and gave her the envelope, she tossed it. I forget what happened to change her mind but she ended up testing herself and finding out it was positive. Then in last night's episode they found out she's got it worse than they thought and instead of ~25 years to live she's got ~10 years. She was all happy that both her and the other lesbo were dying and shared something but then when the other lesbo was going to be fine she felt alone again.

At the beginning, Wilson ate the donut. That was out of the norm and freaked him out a bit.

Wilson said he ate breakfast and therefore wouldn't additional carbs after coming into the office. Wilson was hiding something from House.

His feelings for Cuddy are exactly why the whole baby thing bothers him. She is moving on with her life, without him (while he stays the same).

I don't think that it is about him be alone, but more about being abandoned.

Wilson nearly abandoned him, now Cuddy is going to as well.

Wilson and Cuddy are his security blankets, the other doctors he hired are just people to bounce ideas off of. When House found out about Amber he pretty much freaked out cause Wilson didn't play a vital role in his life anymore. As much as he was shifted because of Amber's death he was probably more happy she was dead cause that meant Wilson would be back in his role. With Cuddy like benyl said it is pretty much the same thing. She is moving on without him just like Wilson did and that frustrates him.

Do you guys remember the episode where he was trying to save that doctor from the north pole or something? I mean, that was a side of house you would think does not exist.

Wilson is basically House's therapist and comes to him if he needs to be 'stimulated.' I like how House just comes up with a diagnosis just by looking at the little things.

Who knew chapped lips were a symptom to a disease that attacks the tear ducts? :dunno:

How directed this episode? Those close up face shot is quite freaky on HD. 13 is hot but I doubt the writers will go down that road again since they've been there with Cameron. Cuddy is more plausible, creditable.

See, I LIKED the extreme close up. It was well shot and it provided some variety.

Direction and DOP was great in the episode.

I was :eek: when he kissed Cuddy. They've wanted to since the first episode in season 1....you can tell it was bound to happen.

Today's episode was intense! They just pulled off a major event without so much as a buildup, or any hints leading to it. That's what really made it stand out, in my opinion. And great photography afterwards; the entire scene was shot with muted color, and it was really fitting.

Crazy episode, but I'm hoping there's more meaning into what happened...
