Rims are pretty nasty, can't say I'm a fan of their design, the rest of the car looks great though.

Mounted to each wheel is a RoaDyn torque sensor that is used to monitor the different forces and torque levels exerted on a specific wheel at different speeds. The data gathered can help engineers work out varying grip and traction levels in an effort to fine tune the vehicle’s AWD and suspension settings, plus its ride characteristics.

I guarantee that they are improving the design,
for better power to weight, traction, everything,
even to hold up better I would have a Lambo before a
Ferrari, but the old Murcielago was really not built very
well, there was a thread a while ago about it, but I
found that I didn't wanna search so I saved the link
from a looooong time ago. :nut:

Lets hope they don't have this happen again.

That's exactly what it is. Do you people read or do you just not know what a test mule is?

I'm interested to see the new design.

Interesting, I wonder what the cost is in a $/km ratio.

The Diablo's typically had a $8/km ratio in terms of depretiation & maintenence costs. :thumbsdow :thumbsdow
I'm sure this is only half that, but we'll see in time.

It's like getting a new paint job and telling people "hey look, new paint job!" just to show them a picture of your car with the old paint that was on it. I read the thread title and looked at the picture and based my reply on that. Didn't know people would say something is new or replaced and put up the picture of the old item for references.

That is not an old car, that is the new underpinnings with a murci body ontop and amazing wheels.

Can't believe how many people can't even read the postings before they reply. Just to clarify once and for all...

THIS IS A TEST MULE!!!!

NOT the production car.

But a wider and more powerful new lambo... Can't wait to see what the finished product will look like. I wonder if they'll have air intakes similar to the one on the test mule. Those things are huge

Is it going to be so wide that it'll take up two lanes?

We got Lamborghini's taking up two parking spaces and now this? UGH. Hopefully, more changes will happen.

And those rims remind me of strainers. I wonder how they work measuring forces and whatnot.

Technology is cool.
