What is there to do in and around the Banff area for a bachelor party?

We will be heading out on a friday night stopping off at the new casino that went up just before canmore, after that, head into banff and crash at our hotel.

Saturday during the day I need some ideas of what to do, there is 16 of us going so we need something that involves us all.

In the evening of saturday going to watch the hockey game and party it up and crash that night...then we have sunday to do whatever during the day, but we will be returning back to calgary in the evening.

So any ideas?

Is there any indoor/outdoor ice rinks that rent out skates/helmets for a game of hockey?
Any curling rinks anywhere?
I looked into snow mobiles but it'll be damn expensive for 16 of us to go.

TIA

Indoor or outdoor...I'm thinking its going to be pretty damn cold by the time we go

Might be too time consuming not to mention we will all be hung over from the night before so don't want any broken parts haha.

I've done paintballing in November and it was a blast, but it's really hit and miss with the weather though and if the ground is soaked, it's not fun. The cochrane one is outdoors.

My bad, I thought you said this friday you were leaving.

Yah don't want to me outside when it's freezing, and as you said if it's wet it's even worse.

Is there any larger paintball places going or coming to banff?

Cochrane and Bragg Creek are the only paintball places close to Banff.

The Sally Borden Centre has a pool, sauna, basketball courts, etc. You can book the gym and play full length court basketball if you wanted to.

There is a movie theatre downtown but they usually get their movies a week or two after Calgary.

Banff Gondola? Hot Springs? You could walk up the mountain, take the Gondola down and hit the hot springs afterwards. The Rimrock hotel has good food and is right beside the hot springs.

I'm pretty sure no one is going to be up for outdoor activities other than ice hockey or paintball.

I'll check out the sally borden centre though as we could definately play bball which would be awesome.

As for hot springs...been suggested, just doesn't feel right saying that to 16 other guys

Thanks Canmorite!

Keep the suggestions coming.

You could just bathe in meat and go run with the bears, I hear they're really friendly this time of year.
