I ended up buying a set of m3 seats, so now i got my old set of sport seats for sale from my 2003 330ci. Seats are literally in amazing condition without any rips. They are powered with driver side memory but without lumbar support and no heat on both seats. They are 100% working perfect without any issues. They are a straight swap for any coupe as long as you got powered seats, also they will fit into sedans also, you will just need to use your old rails to hold the seat belt locks. Asking $400 obo. I will post pics when i get home tonight.

hmm.. it might if you use your own rails, but i dont think its the same cable connection, so you might have to do you own wiring. Let me ask in the e46 forums

looks like fitting the fronts is very easy, you just have to enlarge the mounting holes a little and should bolt right on, however you will need to use your old wiring harness and re-wire the harness to work. Heres some guy on bf.c who actually did the swap, also he swapped out other e36 parts with e46 parts.

price drop $350 obo!! i had to remove the seat belt tensioners since the m3 seats i bought had blown seat belt tensioners, however you can use your old seat belt tensioners on these seats with no issues.
