I have $75 OBO budget for someone to embed a video into a flash page. The video will have to come up every X amount of pages. Also the reader's cannot move on to the next page without watching the video.
It's like what you see on NFL.com or IGN.com when you want to view a video, you have to watch the advertisement first then watch whatever you want later.
If you can do this for around $75 please post.
