Is there really only 86k km on it in the last 30 years? Thats crazy low...

How many does it sleep?

How does it perform in the winter, can you have running water?

What is the water reservoir capacity?

What is the fuel tank capacity? Its gas I assume? How many kms do you get to a tank?

Any roof leaks?

Any known electrical problems?

Is the plumbing 100%? Does the shit flow?...wait, I checked the pics again, is there even a shitter?

The tow trailer that you have, are you keeping it?

Just curious...always thought it'd be sweet to rock a motorhome

If you really think about it, a motorhome probably gets taken out a couple times a year at most. Almost every one i've seen has ridiculously low km because they are used so infrequently.

Yea I was thinking about that. Guess they dont have near as much use as any other car.

Here is what i know.
i am the 2nd owner. i bought it off some Seniors.
i have put approx 8000kms on it and $8000 into it plus purchase price.
It really does only have 86000kms.

i replaced the front tires and rotated them to replace 2 rear tires...rubber is good.
The in cab heater did not work, i got that fixed.
The valve cover gaskets are fresh, no leaks.
The steering pump is now leaking, however as it is not a daily driver, i just 'top' it off before trips.

Gas...i have put over 250L in her so i am unsure of exact tank size.
23L/100kms at 100km/hr towing cargo trailer with bikes and gear. The engine will help you pass slow drivers with no hesitation at all. i just drive at 100 on cruise control.
(12mpg)

Yes it has a pooper. All plumbing is 100%, all electrical is 100%. i think the hot water tank is 10 gallon.
i fill up the water at home and bring the 5L blue jugs with me as back up. In a 5 day period, my wife and i can not run out of water. i always have some left to flush the waste water out.

It has winterized foam done to it but i have never used it in Winter. So, i do not know how you would make out?
(it is winterized now for the off season)

It drives GREAT. Rain, wind or dry, it gets you there. i also camp in an area that forces you to drive up the 'gap'. This steep and long climb causes most trucks to overheat at the top. Not mine! Solid motor and tranny.

Sleeping. Here is the 'catch'. This home used the back as the Feature for the bathroom. You really could sit down and have a bath with water covering you (well, most of you). So, the bedroom is your living room. Also there is a pull down bunk that resides over the drive/passenger compartment. A kid could sleep there for sure.

Roof leaks. i replaced one vent with brand new. The other one in the bathroom does not leak but if standing water on roof is present and you move the home...a drip ensues in that vent. But no drip if parked and raining??? weird.

Heat is hot.
Water pressure is great.
Its a really kewl home. Anytime we go anywhere, most other campers love to hang in our home.

We keep it super clean too.

Tow dolly is possibly for sale. It was built to hold down my jeep on 37x14.50 tires. It has brand new drop spindles in a 5on4.5 bolt pattern. But it is worth no less than $2000 to me.
9500 gets both. And i will include a full tank of gas.

Stero rawks too.

Also, the bar stools store away and the area coverts back to a couch. Also a potential sleep spot.

Having just sold my mini-van which was my road-tripping vehicle, this motorhome is sweet. Reminds me of my grandparents.. RIP.

Lots of fun to be had in this number. Wish I was at the point in my life where I needed one.
