So on one computer, occasionally internet browsers open like mad... Usually on facebook when I go to a picture but just happened when I opened a thread on beyond.
I can close them out, but they open so fast and continually so I have to shut down and restart everytime.

Any ideas how to fix?

Its def. spyware, I had this issue. Its more hidden than you think you can't just press ctrl+alt+del to fix it. Its hiding somewhere in the services.

i have same problem... it's not pop up. same pages keep open up.

i don't think it's spyware.. check the taskmanager and checked all the programs that are running in the back ground. and found nothing.

it happens once in 1-2 month.. not that often.

had that problem before.... IE just opens faster than I can close them, only way to close them is to force shut down one of them in task manager after clt-alt-del

turns out it was a virus or spyware or something, i couldn't get rid of it so i just ended up formatting the harddrive

Happens to me with Facebook every now and then a million facebook windows open and I can't close them fast enough, so I just wait till it stops and then close them all. Never found a better solution haha
