Well for the most part it's usually a Yellow S2...haha...

I am gonna wait for him to put this one on the market and buy it for like pennies on the dollar...haha...

I seriously think that J has owned all the yellow S2's on beyond at one point hahahaha...;)

There aren't many -'s. First would be that you should really put on the tonneau cover for a photoshoot. Second is that the clear sidemarkers are trademark Honda-ricer. They're not necessary, they don't look any better or worse, and all they do is call attention to the fact that you're a kid. The only real criticism is that I think white wheels on a yellow car are almost as tacky as gold wheels on a yellow car!

The +'s would be the awesome detailing, the lip, and the lowering. That paint looks really wet and shiny, and the pearl really pops in the brighter photos. I'd like to know what products and methods were used! I also like that the only body mod is the OEM front lip; it's much nicer than all the ricer S2ks rolling around like a big mess of vents and scoops. Lowering the car works well too, it almost looks like there's some tuck! Probably the only problem with an OEM S2k appearance wise is the wheel gap.

Thanks for the -'s and +'s. I actually really think amber on a s2000 on a ap1 look really bad. Jdm headlights and sidemarkers are a must. Ap2 isnt that bad. But I do prefer it. And I am definitly a ricer so it's okay.:rofl: As you say gold is tacky on yellow. Which was my last setup:rofl:
I also do not have the tonneau cover. I rarely used it on my other s2000's.
And yeah it is tucking. Thanks to shadows for helping with the install. As for detailing tips, I took it to the dealership. They did a full detail of my car when I got the top replaced.

Dude rip that underhood insulation. All it does is make things warmer underhood, and reduce the noise. The argument that its there to protect hood paint goes out the window since an ITR doesn't come with one, while GS-Rs do. It will look better too IMO.

It was actually a very nice place to take pics. If you just move down lower into the parkade, it starts to get empty and you got lots of room and places to work with.

Yeah it seems honda and other japenese companies cheap out on paint. My wrx has cheap ass paint too. But I also have 3m on the bumper

I mainly think it's because of the 3M that it looks like that. The newer honda's do have pretty bad orange peel but the 3m makes it worse.

Yup.. it's all over the car
it's more noticeable at the front because of the 3M though
it seems to kind of dull the paint as well

Yup, I agreed earlier honda uses shitty paint. I never said it was only because of 3m. I was inferring that it's worse up front because of 3m from my earlier post. Not that it's only because of the 3m.
