Alarm Help :O

to make a long story short.
i basically bought a car with an alarm system on it. it was an accident vehicle. but when i try and start it. it doesnt start. the previous owner says that the alarm system cuts into the starter. and when i plug up the batttery to the car. it should chirp. but when i do it doesnt chirp one bit...
is there anyway to take out the alarm system?
if anyone could help that would be so awsomeee-
oh yea the car is a 96 civic with a integra swap. + the alarm system remote says ''UNGO" on it.

you need to find your override button switch, where ever they installed your switch.. maybe under the dash somewhere.

you gotta turn the key to ON
with in 15 seconds press the switch 1 to 5 times (depending on which setting the installer presetted the alarm, could be once, twice, 3, 4 or 5 times)
wait 5 seconds and try and start it.

the car wont even like turn over or anything...just gayyy T.T
