Hey I'm only 15 and have a 7$ per hour job. I'm wanting to buy a car next year that just isn't a piece of crap. I want a car that would be awesome to soup and isn't that expensive. Can any of you give me any help?

yes cuz its smallest/lightest

but if u get a civic you're as original as 90% other tuners out there
but then again its cheap and easy to do cause of the huge market

speaking from experience, dont sup up a car, waste of money man. I bet you since i was 16 ive lost about 40,000 in mods that ive done, looking back wish i just would have saved for cheap hookers, but hey that just me!

but for a first car get something thats cheap on gas and insurance and dont waste money on it, unless the basics like an intake which could actually give power/better gas mileage

get a Sunbird/Sunfire or Cavalier..that will be cheap on insurance

or get a car that's is factory turbo'd like an MX6, Supra, RX7 Turbo 2 if insurance prices mean nothing to you

If you "soup" up a car you will never get back what you put into it. You'll regret it in the long run, I have lots of friends that have put so much money into their cars including myself and they all wonder why they can't get what they want for it. If it's speed you want, buy a bike...

Not a honda, faster than most at the price, and already "souped" up as you call it.

He's right. I've probably spent 20 to 30 thousand on aftermarket for 3 different cars. Each time I sold a car, I lost probably 80% of the money I invested in it. Not worth it at all. Get something to drive around in, maybe upgrade your audio system you want to, and leave the rest alone. Finish school, get a good job, save up and get something newer and something you'll be able to drive without any problems with for a while.

alright thanks guys. I'm probably not gonna soup it up anyway, since I only make about 7$ per hour. and I will be bearly able to pay for gas.
