This has been my daily driver for the last two years, it still runs and insured. The engine in it currently is a JDM F22B purchased locally. I was told the engine had about 60 xxx at the time of purchase, it was installed in the car around 225 xxx. The car comes with AEM cold air intake installed just after I purchased the car. The DC Sports Catback was installed shortly after the JDM engine was installed. The wheels are 14 inch oem aluminum alloys with kuhmo all season that has good rubber left purchased brand new when i first got the car.

Some of the things to know is the car does not currently have power steering hooked up, I do have the parts for it just not hooked up. The windshield is cracked. I looked under the car and it appears the rear main seal has started leaking. Both front control arms with upper ball joints has been replaced along with both axles. The car makes a cluck noise when turning left/right. Somebody decided it was a good idea...to weld the rear adjusting bolt for alignment. I was thinking of getting this fixed and replaced but never had a chance to. Oh it comes with aftermarket projector style headlights installed. There is rust above both rear quarter panels. Also the car does not come with any speakers or deck. PM or Post if interested.

oil, my pouring skills without a funnel, no leaks that i found other than them what appears to be the rear main seal right now. Engine still pulls strong, compression was 160 across the board when i first got the engine. Definitely a bit extra kick above a base model sohc 2.2 I had.

I can vouch for good an upgrade the F22B engine is as an upgrade. It should be noted that the p/s issue with that swap is a very easy fix for who ever buys the car and will cost under $50
