1 avacado diced
sugar depends on how sweet you like it
milk usually half a cup and ice cream other half
if you like it think do 3/4 milk and 1/4 ice cream but you'll need more sugar
if you like it really thick do 3/4 ice cream and 1/4 milk and less sugar.

I sometimes put some cardomon seeds in for extra flavoring too.

it's served at vietnamese places all over the place. it sounds gross, but is really most excellent. you really have to try it to believe it

I used to work in a restaurant and if I remember correctly, the recipe for avocado shakes is:

1/2 Avocado
2 tbl spoon sugar
2 tsp condensed milk
1 cup ice
1/2 cup milk

then PUREE!!!
