haha yea My wife and I need to sell it to move to a new place, if we had a choice we would've waited till next spring... such bad timing!

Yea that would be ideal, renting it out would've been much easier than selling right now if we had that option. :(

Neighbors are pretty quiet, since its concrete you really don't hear much. I think there's a few beyond members on the same floor :D
