Didn't you guys find the lounge annoying? It took less than 6 hrs for a post to scroll down 2 pages.

Organizing it this way helps people find stuff they wanna chat about quickly.

May be if in the lounge the gadgets, movies, games where all one.:dunno:

Try the "view new posts" feature, all the new threads in 1 place!

Yes, if you are worried about it being too difficult to read all the posts, then try using the "View New Posts" link on the main forum page. It will show you all the new threads across ALL the forums since your last visit.

I was waiting for ever for the view new posts button as other forums I used had it. It's mostly all I use.

The "view new posts" link is not a new feature haha. Its been there since day 1. Maybe we should make it more visible to increase its usage :)

I support the new set up I think its great. The more topics the better that way you can surf through only things you want rather than having to dick around searching through sections looking for something interesting.

A bit of restructuring has taken place on the forums. These changes are necessary to facilitate the rapid growth of this community. Expanded and more specific forum sections will make it easier to keep up with the forum discussions in the long run.
Hopefully this addresses some of the concerns regarding the forum homepage being too long (ie. too much scrolling).

The "view new posts" links will be red for just a wee bit longer so people know its there and make a habit of using it :)

It is a section that is unmoderated, and may contain offensive material so we try to keep it away from users who do not wish to interact in that area.

i didnt like the number of sections at first, but it is helpful now. I think there might be a few too many in the lounge, but the market place is just about right.
