Just wondering what some of your favourite refreshing drinks are. Doesn't necessarily have to be a really good tasting one but just something that makes you feel revitalized when you're not feeling the best of shape. Preferably readily available in stores.

Damn, sorry should have specified. I'm looking for something a little more healthy than energy drinks. My personal favourite is the M-80 Monster drink, yellow M. I have one almost each day at school which I should probably cut down on. Something with fruits and veggies would probably be something I'm looking for.

I'm not a big canned/bottled veggie drinker, but find the bolthouse farms beverages very good. On a simpler note I find Pom refreshing as well as club soda with fresh limes squeezed in.

I like those POM beverages. They are usually in grocery store produce depts and are in glass or plastic bottles, about 500ml or so. Decently refreshing and I've assumed they are somewhat healthy.

I heard from a non-repuable source that one energy drink = the same as six beers for your liver.

I mostly drink water, and spruce it up with lemon/lime/mint.
Pretty much everything else makes me feel thirsty.
Most fruit juices have so much added crap you should just stay away.
I will say the juicer in the house is the most used appliance, it's so easy to juice carrots and celery. So tasty.

Where do you find Vitamin Water?
I've only seen it at Shawarma Station where "friend" likes to add hidden charges to your meals all the while calling you "friend" to soften the blow once you find out.

I get it at sait, I have not seen it anywhere else which is kind of weird. They have it at the sait cafetiera, bookstore and both convience stores. It is cheapest at the bookstore though, well worth the trip. They made all of use at school addicted to it.

Yah, it was only available in the US before I believe. It'd be a hassle to go from Uni <=> SAIT repeatedly for a drink haha

Yah, I thought it would be in stores by now. It has been at sait since school started with their stree teams or whatever coming and bringing samples one and awhile. I had imagined the university would have it too, but it would be well worth the trip. Most of them taste good and it is better than lots of sugary drinks.

Water.
DIY real iced tea with some lemon and lime.
Rubicon juice isn't bad, I usually dilute a 2:1 ratio as I find it more refreshing that way. It's a bit rich otherwise. mm mango

XXX Vitamin water or Strawberry Kiwi... When its hot outside and you're dying of thirst I find one of these really hits the spot.
I also enjoy those aloe drinks. Or the Arizona Watermelon Punch (USA only)

the funny thing is many of those vitamin waters have just as much sugar as a can of coke. Serving size is usually half the bottle with 100-125 calories and 13g of sugar. So doubled you are coke plus vitamins.
I personally love nothing more than a glass of water or homemade green tea.
Lately I been drinkin iced vanilla roibos from starbucks
