Just curious since we have quite a few people with really nice cars, careers, houses etc.

I'm still driving a hand-me-down Civic... Buying a new car and insurance will suck ass. I've only been working for a few months, so I wouldn't know where all the money is.

I'm real fucking old.
I sold my company, quit my job, and I'm selling my house and my cars, so that will pretty much will make me an old bum. Which is sort of a step sideways from my previous title of fat old bastard.

My parents bought me my first car and gave me my second (their hand-me-down 4runner) when my first car died.
I started working and bought my third, fourth and fifth cars (94 Probe GT, 00 Acura 1.6EL, 99 Accord EX). Ofcourse, I do work for the company my dad owns :D
I think most people on here are driving hand me downs or vehicles bought by thier parents...

21 and I bought my car myself. Ive been working since I was like 15 though. Im financing the vehicle. Insurence is what kills me. I pay about $300 a month. Sucks to be young. I have a flawless record too.

I'll probably be 20/21 when I buy my house. Just saving for a bigger down payment right now. Even though I'm 19, some people think I'm between the ages of 16-18...:rofl: :thumbsup:
Even the photographer we used for our family photos lat summer thought told me to put my arm around my "older" sister for a shot. My "older" sister is 16 :rofl:

21... went halfs on my first car with my parents (90 Z24) sold that, put it all down on my lude, and am making the payments myself, no parental help. I hate driving by people that automatically think that the rents helped out or bought it for me. I work hard for my car. BTW just bought a house 2 months ago, HRD2PLZ keep at it man, just get the DP and your set!! ;) It's a cool feeling when your picking out all your colors n stuff cause you know all of it is YOURS!!!! very exciting :thumbsup:

23. My parents gave me the down payment for my subie as a long term loan when I graduated from SAIT, and I pay for my monthly payment and gas and insurance myself. Almost paid off all the money I owe my parents now too :thumbsup:

I'm 19 and I've just been saving like the chinaman I am all this time. Now, I have enough money for a car (once I find one dammit), and also enough for a down payment on a house which I am also looking for.
I'm 19.36 y/o.
Getting a car soon, which will be paid for by my parents (as a loan). Hopefully I can get a decent job as internship and pay them back for the car before I get out of school, when I have to pay them back for school!
I just turned 18 this year.

im a youngin... 17... the one benefit is i have close to no bills to pay (except for insurance and cell phone) and the small amounts of tax that do get deducted from my checks get sent right back to me when i claim it...:thumbsup:
