volume normalization.

ok, i am getting a little tired of having to keep changing my volume on the ipod every time a different song comes on. It does not look like itunes will normalize the volume of each mp3.

i am always hesitant of downloading a program, and was wondering if anyone had any first hand knowledge of any programs that I can get to do the job.
