Just thought I'd post this for all those gen2 guys. Now there is almost no reason to swap a gen3.
This is the interest only list. I'm not taking any money right now. The bigger this list gets, the cheaper your PFC's will be. Let's just say this conversion kit is right around $1000-1200 for the following parts:
Apexi Power FC
Apexi Hand Commander
Conversion harness
3 Bar MAP sensor
MAP sensor harness
IAT sensor
IAT sensor harness
IAT sensor plate
Cold start injector block off
Intake pipe

I think the MR2 community has really been waiting for some time for a real ECU that doesn't break the bank. Enter the Apexi Power FC.......
The Apexi PFC is the main staple for tuning in Japan, by far the most popular unit out there. They haven't really caught on here in the states because they never had a good Gen 2 version (only a Gen 3 version). Then Berk Technology steps in.....
We're in the final stages of having Apexi Gen 3 to Gen 2 conversion kits for you guys.
Here are the harnesses that we're getting custom made for us. I have them in stock now as straight through patch cables. The one you see in the picture is the work in progress for the re-pinned version for those of you who don't want to mess with all those tiny pins.
