Hi, It is in phase 1 lot 7. No basement, but it has a crawlspace about 3 feet high underneath for storage. Most of the ones with basements are in phase 6 or 7. Not many though. We are close to the store, beach and marina. Here is a map of phases. http://i126.photobucket.com/albums/p99/gbrown_album/resortmap2.jpg

SJW: You must have a lot of experience being at cabins then ... there are usually FEE's to use the marina and have an assigned docking spot.:guns:

The Marina slips are pricy, around $30,000, if you can find one for sale. There are boat storage spots you can rent also for the year, which i have done for the last 8 years, very close to the marina @ $200.00 a year. These spots are about a 1 minute walk from our place. The boat launch is always free to use and the storage spot is 2 minutes to the boat launch.. It is a gated community up there so the boat launch is only for owners and guests. The beach is about a 3 minute walk away. Thanks.
