Got tboned today, first accident so I didn't know what to do. Anyways, I never saw any papers from the guy. He wrote down a fake name, insurance company, drivers license number and phone number then took off. So it was essentially a hit and run. I can't afford to fix the car so I'm checking local interest, or the possibility to find this guy based on the car and the plate number I got(also not registered to a vehicle)
I guess maybe just keep an eye out for a 90's 4 door cav in dark red, plate possibly still SXP 764. Rear passenger 1/4 window busted out. He hit me, and gave fake information.
THANKS BEYOND,
Alan

Why didn't you look at his ID? Fuck don't trust anyone these days, many people are dishonest. I had to figure it out the hard way like you.

If that's definitely his license plate go the police and file a hit and run.

sounds like he's already been, and the plate wasn't registered to any car.
to the OP, that sucks so much! My condolences

Ah, I missed that part.
Must be a stolen car, hence the unregistered plate and broken window.
Hopefully Beyond's CSI unit can find this guy.

I would be interested in some parts if you do end up parting out the car, keep us updated.
I got hit and run in a similar situation, I hope you get the guy and they make sure he never drives again.

Hit and runs don't raise your insurance, IIRC

Live and learn. Get proper papers in your hand or call the cops.

the cops should have been called ether way, there is more then enough damage on my car to justify that. but like i said, i have never been in accident before and I really didnt know what to do.

does anybody know what happened to that gti-r that was being parted out of Edmonton? the whole vehicle got sold to somebody that i imagine is also parting it and I need a door.
also, is there any benefit of posting a picture of the vehicle that hit me, or should i forget about this guy getting caught?

really shitty to hear man. By the sounds of it the damage is quite a bit over $1000 so the cops should have been called no matter what.
I might be interested in your T28, let me know if you do part it out.
