I did a search for this topic and couldn't find anything... Sorry if it already exists.
I'm purchasing a used vehicle and I want to have it inspected. I called up Canadian Tire and they have a 75-point inspection for $79.99, and a 110-point inspection for $199.99. What's the difference and should I get a dealer inspection instead?

Take it to an independent shop that specializes in the car.

Do NOT take it to Cambodian Tire...it is the LAST place you should be taking your vehicle. Unless you know a GOOD mechanic BY NAME there, stay away at all costs.
As mentioned above, AMA is your best bet.
Before you do anything though, spend 50$ on a Car Proof sheet - probably not necessary if its an older vehicle worth 2 grand or something.
