Hi all

Is anyone aware of any military/police style obstacle training courses in the area? I've been trying to model some of my training (just for shits and giggles) after the Toronto ETF team. One of their entrance requirements is to run their course in gear.

What would be cool is if CPS allowed civilians (with clear records and good intentions) the chance to run their support course (one exists I assume?) for a fee. Do they do this at all? :) What about the Forces? Someone has to have some insight on here.

This isn't exactly what you're talking about, but it's at least in the same vein (IMO).. did you try looking at the paintball places? I would want to examine Capture the Flag up the 940 towards Waiparous (west of Cochrane). The one out here on Highway 22 just south of 8, near Redwood Meadows, has some half-buildings and such that look like they're designed for CQB type ops.

I doubt either of them are true obstacle courses in the nature you're looking for, but it might be a start.
