looking for Brass knuckles... not for obvious reasons

A few of you know im building a 1946 Chev rat rod truck and I'm looking for one set of brass knuckles for the top of my shifter I would prefer cold steel ones as they are the easiest to weld. just wondering if they are any places to get them in calgary. I know I could order them off ebay but... customs would prolly get bitchy seeing those things come through on the scanner :P

hmm yeah just hope he doesnt charge me an arm and a leg for what they are actually worth, he does some nice work though thats for sure, that rear end would be just dreamy for my rat rod :P

ahah VERY true... my hands would moreso be on the outside of it w/ the design, I didnt plan on actually putting my fingers through it just because of that and it would be quite uncomfortable

unfortunately for you brass knuckles are a prohibited items under the criminal code of Canada. Your best bet is to have some made up that would be impossible to put your fingers into.

Or you could just order a similar grip but without the brass knuckle bits; I've seen plenty of rat rods with Hurst pistol-grip shift knobs, and they still make them (http://www.hurst-shifters.com/hurst-products/Knobs-and-Handles).
