hi,
does anyone know of a good cookbook or collection of recipes from (very) eastern eurpoe, like czech republic, slovak republic, hungary, croatia, etc????
we're big fans of Jonas hungarian restaurant, but would be nice to make similar dishes at home. we made some chicken paprikash tonight using a recipe from the food network (http://dinner-recipes.suite101.com/article.cfm/chicken_paprikash_recipe), and it was pretty damn good. looking for more thanks :thumbsup:
