Found this on another site about a lot of new artists doing reverse Grafitti. A lot of these artists get scolded by the law but nothing ever comes out of it because there's no law against 'cleaning'. It's pretty cool some of the things you can do by cleaning versus spray bombing.

That... is smart. This guy deserves an award!

How do you get people to clean things?! Clean them a little bit!

Any artists for hire? This would be a cool project if we did one for beyond :D

I find graffiti and the like to be an eyesore in most cases. Tags on walls, shit everywhere...

Some of it is INSANE because of the talent involved, but 90% is still an eye sore and useless tags. It's everywhere in Europe...

What city was that taken in? disgusting.. Jesus.

Too bad all that was all washed away at the end. :thumbsdow
That was really unique.
Probably came to that idea since paint doesn't stick to washable grease too easily, so may as well do the opposite and just clean it off. :dunno:

that sucks that the city would only ever think of cleaning that crap only after it has been turned into art

Pretty creative. Europe is covered in graffiti, east Berlin is nuts.

Love the spray-down at the end. Who was he working for, the city or the taggers?
