try using this to get rid of it. I use to use it when I had windows. Don't have any problems with my mac yet, hehe.

Did u download ("pirate") it, or installed it legitimately?

Open anything from desktop (installers, etc) that didn't shut down cleanly and might have left behind temporary files?

Edit: or do they come back after you delete them? Get "Process Explorer" and look around.

I'll delete them and see what happens.
If they come back ill try process explorer to see whats goin on.

Is it Vista or a previous version?

It looks kind of like something is using your desktop as a storage folder for temporary files... to start I'd maybe just move them to a 'temp' folder and see if anything complains about it being missing.
